  1. How to Become an SRAAA Partner

  1. Partnership Inquiry
    • Complete our “Partnership Inquiry Form” with your organization’s details, proposed collaboration area, and expected outcomes.
    • We aim to respond within 5 working days.
  2. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
    • Receive our templated MoU outlining scope, roles, deliverables, timelines, KPIs, and data-sharing protocols.
    • Negotiate and co-sign.
  3. Kickoff & Joint Planning
    • Schedule a virtual or in-person kickoff meeting.
    • Assign liaison officers (from SRAAA and your organization) to coordinate all activities.
  4. Implementation & Monitoring
    • Launch co-branded activities (webinars, research projects, scholarship calls).
    • Track progress through quarterly check-ins and annual impact reports.
  5. Review & Renewal
    • At MoU conclusion, assess outcomes, renew the partnership, or expand into new areas (e.g., new destination markets, advanced data analytics).
