How to Engage with SRAAA Agents
- Request a Customized Agent Shortlist
- Complete the “Institutional Partnership Request” form with your program priorities (e.g., STEM, arts, foundation).
- SRAAA’s matching algorithm and Compliance Team will propose 5–10 qualified, certified agents with proven results in your target fields.
- Co‐Develop Standardized Partnership Agreements
- Leverage our templated Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Service Agreements, which already incorporate:
- Scope of services (student counselling, document collection, visa support)
- Fee and commission disclosure requirements
- Compliance verification procedures
- Customize details—target enrolment numbers, reporting frequency, marketing responsibilities—then finalize an SLA.
- Leverage our templated Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Service Agreements, which already incorporate:
- Participate in Joint Compliance Reviews
- Quarterly or biannual virtual meetings between your International Office and SRAAA’s Compliance Team.
- Track key metrics:
- Admission yield (applications → offers → enrolments)
- Visa success rates (approved vs. refused)

- Share Institutional Feedback & Incident Reports

- If an agent breaches SRAAA policies or visa regulations, file an “Agent Misconduct Report” so we can initiate an immediate investigation.
- We will work with you to suspend or blacklist non‐compliant agents and reassign students to alternative certified partners.
